  • Original Packaging:

    • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all original tags, labels, and accessories. Please include any manuals, warranties, or other materials that came with the product. The packaging should also be in good condition to ensure the safe return of the item.
    • We recommend keeping the original packaging for at least 30 days after your purchase, as it helps in the safe and easy return of products.
  • Proof of Purchase:

    • To initiate a return, you must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number, receipt, or email confirmation. This helps us identify your order and expedite the return process.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return. These items include:

  • Custom or Personalized Items: Any products that have been customized or personalized to your specifications (e.g., monogrammed items, custom furniture) cannot be returned.
  • Sale, Clearance, or Final Sale Items: Items marked as “final sale” or purchased at a discounted price are non-returnable.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards and similar items cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Used or Altered Items: Any item that has been used, damaged, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return.

3. How to Return an Item

  • Packaging: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, we ask that you use a secure alternative to prevent damage during return shipping. Ensure the item is properly protected, and include a copy of your return authorization.
  • Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a traceable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process a refund to the original payment method. Please note that refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider and bank processing times.
  • Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we will be happy to assist you in arranging this. If the product you wish to exchange for is available, we will ship the new item to you once we receive the returned item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

6. Late Returns

7. Restocking Fees

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 15% on certain returned items, including large furniture or bulky items, to cover the costs of inspection, repackaging, and restocking the product.
